This command will draw all bodies and joints in the specified world. Bodies will appear as white outlines. Joints will appear as red lines connecting the bodies they join.
The ID value should be the integer handle of the world to be drawn. The Left and Top positions specify how far down the screen the world should be drawn. The Scale values represent the size of the drawing: 1 is the standard size, 2 is twice as large, 0.5 is half the size, etc. The Draggable value should be either 1 or 0 - a value of 1 will allow the user to drag dynamic objects around and throw them, 0 will not.
