This command will set the angular velocity of the specified body. The angular velocity affects how the body rotates. A positive value will cause the body to rotate clockwise, a negative value will cause it to rotate counterclockwise. Unless you continually set the angular velocity, the body will eventually slow down and stop. The ID should be the integer handle that was returned when the body was created.
