Set the general settings for the occlusion culling.

PixelError	The accuracy of the occlusion culling. When set to 1 the culling will be pixel-perfect. Any value above 1 will 'skip' the given number of pixels. The default value is 4.
Fps	The amount of times the occlusion culling will be updated every second. Default is every frame (Fps=0).
