EfxCam_MakeNew EfxCamID

Description

Creates a new EfxCam using the specified ID. EfxCams offer a cpu friendly method of rendering off-screen postfilter quads. The library supports up to 32 EfxCams (IDs 0-31); EfxCams are entirely independant from DBPro's native cameras.
