Runtime Error

Well, I've attempted to export .obj and .fbx and received the same error every time, both using the installed version and the zip version. The error I keep getting is "Runtime Error 500 - Uknown image error at line 31456" and crashes the program :( Any help would be appreciated!

This software is not usable if it crashes every time you export something, perhaps I am doing something wrong? Anybody there?
