Vertex Colors

Hi,

I recently discovered TreeIt, and I'm still learning about it. I have a question about Vertex Colors, especially the Red channel.

When I create a Leaf with one segment, the red channel of the vertex colors is as I expect, black at the root and red at the tip.

But when I create a leaf with multiple segments, the red channel is not as I was expected. It is black at the root, and then red on all the next segments.

I was expecting a gradient from the root to the tip. Is this normal ? Is there a parameter to adjust it ? Or could it be a bug ?

I will take a look, I might have done this on purpose though due to the way colors work for palm fronds.
