Update 10.05.2023 ... Treeit crashes when loading models

Hello. Today on 10.05.2023 Came the new update in the Steam version, which I had bought right at release. I use TreeIT for a long time and this time I have the version before the update today unfortunately not available to still export the models that I had created in the last two days. With the new version today, Treeit crashes when I try to load a model that was created before the update. I am actually used to this through many updates and then always exported the respective models with the previous version, but this time I do not have the option to do so.

Could you send me the zip variant, which was current before 10.05.2023 as the first version on Steam ?

Thank you for the quick reply. Even with the older *.exe, Treeit now crashes when I want to load this model from within the program. However, if I click on the model in Windows Explorer and Treeit then starts with it independently, the model is opened correctly. Very confusing. thanks for posting the tree file I've taken a look at the .tre file and found the issue, hopefully your trees will now load.

You are the best. Thank you. I have now bought the Steam version 4 times and sent it to friends as a gift. This way I can now support you from time to time, or you now drink a big beer in a bar from it.


There is one more thing. But that really does not hurry.

When loading OBJ files as mesh in TeeIT the program also crashes. Is there a limit for the mesh size ?
It would be great to be able to load meshes with it that are just on the ground independent of the tree.
For example, you could model a tree, or plants to fit a house wall, a door, or other objects.
