blender import issue and leafs floating

Hello, i'm having issue while importing model to blender, normals are fliiped, mesh issue while importing on FBX.
can someone please help me with the best settings to export to blender in treeit and Also provide the best "leaf creation" setting (leaf is floating). thank you
