I attempted to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008, but the provided link is no longer functional. After conducting a search on Google, I found an alternative link at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=26368.

I attempted to load TreeIt as an administrator, but it is still not loading.

That's not the right link. Check https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... px?id=8109 — I opened and downloaded from there. The program was working.
