TreeIt deleted my "Desktop" folder

Hi.
Just executed treeit, downloaded from this site.
The exe doesn't open any window and then icons from my desktop started to dissapear.
Just affected my desktop, but confirmed it's caused by that.
Could be a zip infected replaced on the site.

That's weird as its the correct zip with the right files, I have just changed the download to an installer see if that fixes any thing.
