Cant open Tree it software

I have download and install the software successfully. When i double click on the exe i get this message. d3dx9_31.dll Missing. I download the file from internet and paste in the windows/system32 folder still its giving same error. I tried both with the zip and exe setup. Any suggestion how the software open. Thanks

You need to download DirectX9 and install it, most likely the version 9.0c
