CPU Heating (Detail Inside)

PostSat Apr 08, 2023 5:43 am

My system is:
Win11, i5-10500, GTX1650, 16Gig Ram.

I have no problem rendering big scene in blender, or having a big battle in Bannerlord, all while my CPU Temp under 80 degree, but opening a blank project on TreeIt shoots up my Temp to 80-83 C. any idea how to fix this? thankyou in advance

Did you tried moving some settings for tree it in the nvidia panel?
did you tried turning off some effects?
i used tree it on a 1050 and it worked just fine, make sure you are using optimal power in power management mode

i have tried to turn off the dynamic light and light scatter, and it brings it down to a consistent 79-80 C. I havent thinkered with Nvidia Setting yet, what would you reccomend for the Nvidia Panel Setting, which one should be turned on/off?

my setings on the nvidia panel with tree it are almost at the lowest or lightest setings, means no antialiasing, no sharpening, no occlusion, no anistropic filtering, power management adaptive or maybe optimal. Tree it is a very lightweight app so you do not need all that stuffs on, remember you can set custom values to every program on the panel.
