Network request spam and doesnt open

I followed every step i found on this forum but Tree it still wont open

a little investigating and I found out Tree it is spamming calls to "watson.events.data.microsoft.com" and then nothing happens like a malware.

Im not allowing any malwares to run or any network access to malicious apps.

is Tree it not opening because Im not allowing it to send crap from my pc without my permission ? if so this is gonna be the first malware like this Ive seen for a while.
I have everything installed I dont see any problems except the malicious network spam

latest verions are a little bit suspicious and/or funny with some bugs too, try with an older version. I use the: 14-9-22 but you can try with 1-5-23 too

have you installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable?
(now required due to a plugin I now use skin the application for a different theme)
