I get an error when I use Tree It

Hello,

I can't use Tree It because every 5 seconds I get an error message saying "Tree It encountered a problem and needs to restart". I hit ok and then it pops up again.

Could you help me out please?

When i change the screen resolution this error appear...
So i need to restart tree it to works well again
