Failed to load DLL error

I've been using Tree it just fine on steam for a while but today when trying to start it up it gives me a "Failed to load DLL (1: DBProSetupDebug.dll)" error.

I've tried to verifying files and reinstalling tree it but neither worked, any solutions?

I'm unable to use the software as well. Used it for a total of 61 hours over the course of the past 6 months or so, and now it either crashes or just doesn't load anything in the main viewport UI. Possibly related to the most recent update.

I tried the different steam betas but all of them have the same issue
