Tree It Review (August)

Hi

Tree it become better every day but has some small limitations:

1. Needs shortcuts

You need to add shortcuts for the below action:

=> Add Generator (Ctrl + A)
=> Duplicate Generator (Ctrl + D)
=> Delete Generator (Delete)
=> Rename Generator (F2)

2. Remember last location

You need to remember last save/load location for actions. We need to find our last save/load location every time on the disk (hdd, ssd). This is a painful task

For example:

=> Remember last save location
=> Remember last load/open location
=> Remember last export location
=> Remember last load texture location

3. UI scale

UI scale has been designed for 1920x1080 screen resolution. But for notebooks we need to use 720P resolution or increase UI scale size in the windows to the 120% or 150%. Because notebook's screens are small
But after that, the tree it ui become too large in some windows
For example "Curves" window is too large in 720P screen resolution. So please design your UI scale for 720p screen size or add an UI scale option to the tree it options window

Currently the "Curves" window need to be to the half of its size (attached image)

4. Side panel

The side panel options (Shape, Position , Orientation , ...) should be closed by default...

For example:
Currently when we open tree it every time and want to change the position option, we need to search across all options or close manually all options to find position option... This is a time wasting work every time that wee need to re open tree it (attached image)
