Possible API?

Hi there!
I was wondering if it would be possible for there to be an API built to allow for some implementation into custom tools and real time game engines to allow for tree types and properties to be preset and then procedurally generated in the game engine utilizing TreeIt via the API.

I'm looking at wanting to incorporate a procedural tree/forest/foliage system into my game engine and was interested if it could be possible to include a static library or dll which can be accessed to allow me to modify the tree assets and some values at runtime.

I currently am using CMake to setup my whole project and using a lot of tools within the engine to create loads of possibilities. The graphics engine is using the Vulkan API and currently reading up on how to implement the wind interaction effects from the NVIDIA paper you had linked on the TreeIt website.
