Now this questions been bugging me as I know that once I finished modeling both my map and characters this might turn into an issue when porting to DBPro, but how do I keep the map I created in Map Scape at the same scale as the character models I use in my projects?

You can either use dbp "scale object" to scale assets to match the size as levels created, or rescale the map objects. Alternatively you can use entities that can load objects up to give you a reference to scale when crating levels, open up one of the entity files (using note pad) in "Entities/Objects" folder for example on how to do that.
