Blitz3D B3D export for Mapscape 3?

Title says it all. I don't see a reason why you shouldn't, as well as B3D is a pretty simple format from what I've heard. You can find a copy of the B3D SDK at https://www.blitzcoder.org/forum/topic.php?id=922 if that helps.
